Blue Phoenix is an expert party planner, organizer, and aggregator from Oman. We bring together the best party venues and events to you that help significantly reduce your efforts for identifying, planning, inviting and hosting the best possible parties in and around you.

We do just about everything – from birthday parties, anniversaries, baby showers to social get togethers, kitty parties and every other celebration that your heart desires.

We have two key options for you in Blue Phoenix, ONE – You can host a party for your friends and family and TWO – you can join a party or an event that is hosted for public attendance. In both cases you can plan and control who you wish to participate and invite with you.

When you land on our home page we offer you a quick planning tool where you enter the following basic information: 1) Your occasion to party 2) Your date to party 3) Your preferred number of guests to party Simply hit the "search" key and we give you an effective list of places which will suit your needs. Alternatively, you can go to our "PLAN" page and explore various venues before you decide to input your details as mentioned above. Either way, you are assured to get the very best of party venues from us.

While on the home page click "Join a Party" banner and it will take you to a dedicated page where we list down all the top parties happening around you to choose from. Once you identify an event or a party you wish to be at, simply click on the link and input the number of people you wish to invite / or – you can simply book yourself for the party if you so desire.

Yes, Blue Phoenix has a dedicated payment gateway that is secure and efficient to manage your bookings by paying us directly. By doing so you can be assured of your bookings at our listed venues and parties and will save a lot of hassle for you to visit, connect and pay the venues directly. Your bookings will only be confirmed once we receive payments from you.

As of now, we only accept payments in Omani Riyals. No, each of our venue partners charge a few extra Riyals for their services, taxes and some additional elements that you may wish for. We only charge you for the basic packages which include all the things that you are looking for as elementary inclusions. We sincerely request our patrons to follow and abide by the rules set by each of our venue partners and events.

Not really, being an aggregator, we only present to you the packages that our venue and party partners offer to us. Once you make your booking you can call and connect with the venue manager to customize, alter, or enhance your packages. However, we have selected the very best offers and value for money from each of our venues – do review carefully before you opt for customizations.

We have a special invitation tool built into our website where once you book by making a payment, you are then guided to invite your friends and family to your party. This tool is set-up to communicate via Emails and WhatsApp. We even tell you which of your guests have accepted your invite, declined or even those who have not responded. You can always reinitiate your invite or add new people to your party.

Well, that entirely depends on the venue. Once you book a party through Blue Phoenix and you wish to increase your invitees, you must contact your respective venue manager to increase your guests. This will entail additional payments as well. In addition, please note that the package rates offered on Blue Phoenix may or may not be available directly through the venues.

Sure you can, we accept cancellations within 48 hours of your booking on our platform, provided your chosen date of party is not coinciding with the 48-hour timeline. Also, we do not hold on to your bookings and we pay the venue partners instantly! So in cases where our venue partner does not agree with cancellation or levy cancellation charges we are not liable to refund you. In other cases we will refund you up to 85% of your booking charges. The approximate 15% being our management and facilitation fees which we do for all our customer bookings.

We request you to review our Terms & Conditions page for more details. But we allow cancellations within 48 hours of booking only; and in addition, if your event is post 48 hours of booking – we will certainly entertain your refund requests. However, if your event is less than 48 hours of your cancellation and refund request then we are not liable for the same. Our cancellation and refund processes are entirely dependent on our venue partner's rules as well. Being party aggregators, we respect the rules and regulations of our venue partners and would be able to offer your relevant refunds only if we get a clearance from them.

If you are hosting a party, then yes. You can always add or amend your invite list basis people's availability and intent to participate. However, if you are joining a party then the rules of engagement for the party or event you are joining will be applicable. For example, there are some venues which do not accept children below the ages of 18. In those kinds of cases your transfer of invitation may be a problem. Please be careful and consider your guest lists before you host or join a party.

That ideally should not happen. But in case it does, please write in or message us and we will surely help you. For best case scenario – we advise you to contact the venue manager in advance so that you can be assured of your booking and that your guests get the best welcome that they deserve.
